Kollywood star actor Ajith is currently working on two films. One is Vidaamuarchi under the direction of Magizh Thirumeni, and another one is Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran. Untill the recent days, it was expected that Vidaamuyarchi will be released in theaters first and then Good Bad Ugly will follow. However, the latest reports suggest that Adhik Ravichandran’s film will be released first, and then the Magizh Thirumeni directorial will arrive afterward.
According to the reports, the makers of Good Bad Ugly are confident in their product and they are sticking to their announced date, i.e., Pongal/Sankranthi 2025. Actually, Vidaamuyarchi was supposed to be released this Dasara, but there were reports that the film was moved to October end. However, it looks like the film has some pending work or Ajith’s team thinks that releasing Good Bad Ugly will be a better move. Adhik Ravichandran’s last film, Mark Antony, was a big hit at the box office, and the fans of Ajith are waiting to see their favorite hero in a crazy avatar like in that film.
As of now, Vidaamuyarchi’s team has not made any announcement about its release date, and it also has not released any promotional material. It is now almost certain that Good Bad Ugly will be released in theaters worldwide on January 9, 2025, and Vidaamuyarchi will be out in the summer. Let’s wait and see if the producers of Ajith and Magizh Thirumeni’s film respond to these reports.
