20 years for Dhoom

It has been 20 years since the action entertainer from Bollywood, Dhoom has been released. The film was a first of its kind as it had a backdrop of stylized bike racing for both Hero and Villain. Yash Raj Films, the big production house behind Dhoom has remembered it on its social media as today marks the 20th anniversary of the film.

Dhoom stars Abhishek Bachchan as the sincere super cop, while John Abraham appears as the smart looking but dangerous thief. Uday Chopra played the character named Ali, which is regarded as his career’s best role. Esha Deol and Rimi Sen also appeared in the film as female leads. YRF shared a montage video on their social media accounts and further stated how popular Dhoom Machale Song was which created a sensation back then. Aditya Chopra and Vijay Krishna Acharya wrote the script of Dhoom while the late Sanjay Gadhvi directed the film. Pritam composed the film’s music.

Released in 2004, Dhoom is made as an action entertainer. Jai Dixit (Abhishek Bachchan) is a police officer, and he takes the help of a motorbike dealer, Ali (, Uday Chopra) to catch the bike riding gang of thieves which is owned by John Abraham. The film comprises stunning action sequences, punch dialogues, drama, and blockbuster songs which make it an amazing watch.
