120 Bahadur: Farhan Akthar announces a new film

Bollywood’s renowned multi-talented personality, Farhan Akthar, announced his new film on September 3. 120 Bahadur is the title of his upcoming film, which is based on the lives of Maj. Shaitan Singh PVC and the members of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment. Excel Entertainment (Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akthar) and Trigger Happy Studios (Amit Chandrra) produced the movie. Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Toofan (2021 OTT Release) was the last film of Farhan, and the actor/filmmaker is now making a comeback with 120 Bahadur.

The Battle of Rezang La, in which the Indian military troops showed outstanding bravery and sacrifice during the Indo-China War of 1962, is the inspiration for this film. Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios released two intriguing motion posters on their social media in which Farhan Akthar was seen as Major Shaitan Singh PVC. The film’s shooting commenced yesterday in Ladakh. Farhan seemed very excited and confident about portraying the character of Major Shaitan Singh PVC.

Razneesh “Razy” Ghai is the director of 120 Bahadur. The audiences expect nothing less than an exceptional tale of bravery, sacrifice, and the importance of love for the nation from the beginning. Bollywood is known for making biopics since years, and it has produced several films in which the Indian Army forces were shown as the protagonists.
