1000 Babies, the upcoming crime thriller series, is all set to appear before the OTT viewers on Disney+Hotstar very soon. Rahaman, the renowned actor, will make his OTT debut with this play, which has been directed by Najeem Koya. The series also features Neena Gupta, the senior Bollywood actress who is making a reentry into the Malayalam industry after a long gap of 32 years. The streaming platform recently released an intriguing trailer for 1000 Babies.
The trailer for 1000 Babies starts with showing a scientific lab, and later it shifts to a mysterious woman’s character, which has been played by Neena Gupta, and Rahamn appears to get introduced as an investigation officer. Neena Gupta appears as Sarah, a mysterious woman who is often seen using her typewriter to note down her thoughts as she remembers her past. Meanwhile, Rahaman speaks with another woman named Merlin about a man called Bibin who used to send her letters. The trailer promises that 100 Babies will be an edge-of-seat kind of experience, with an arresting background score and terrific visuals adding to the effect. 1000 Babies will be made available for online streaming from October 18,2024.
Apart from Rahaman and Neena Gupta, 1000 Babies features a huge ensemble of cast, which includes Sanju Sivaram, Ashwin Kumar, Adil Ibrahim, Shaju Sreedhar, Irshad Ali, Joy Mathew, VKP, Manu M Lal, Shalu Rahim, Sirajudheen Nazar, Dain Davils, Radhika Radhakrishnan, Vivian Shanth, Nazlin, Dileep Menon, Srikant Murali, and others in supporting roles. Sankar Sharma has composed the film’s music. Arouz Irfan and Najeem Koya have written the script of 1000 Babies, which has been backed by Shaji Nadesan and Arya under the August Cinema banner.
